#PointShoot: Our week in Photos #2

2 October 2017

Dear Friend,

Welcome to my Photo series #PointShoot. A look back at our week in photos. I love capturing the ordinary moments and special times with my camera, looking at our life through a lens gives me a clearer focus.

This week, I was extremely happy to get my MacBook back from the repairers, the new screen is so much better, I don't think I realised how bad the old one was. Our impromptu trip into Leiden to collect it was lovely, it was a beautifully sunny day. The boys were happy to get a new Skylander and we managed to find them both new winter coats too.

I could have very easily stayed in my warm, comfortable bed on Thursday morning but I am glad that I did drag myself into the shower and to work as it was a really productive day. The temperature here is still really good but it has been very wet and we have had some massive downpours. Unfortunately all the boys got caught in a huge downpour coming home from football practice on Thursday evening. I sent them straight to the shower and they ate dinner in their PJs. I loved doing that as a child!

Our weekend was quiet. I was left alone on Saturday afternoon while the boys and Papa, went to watch Rijnsburgse boys play. I used my time well and got my School planning for next term sorted, although I was tempted to go back to bed. I can't believe we only have 2 weeks until our half term break, it has flown by!

On Saturday night we watched Strictly and I chatted with the Tribal girlies and stalked twitter for the Bibs winners. Well done to all! We finished off our week with a walk in the forest on Sunday morning amid the falling leaves.

I hope you had a great week!
